Introduction

Now That’s What I Call Music! 80, or more commonly referred to as Now 80, is a double-disc compilation album that was released on March 23, 2021. The album features 42 songs, including 34 number-one hits. It is the eightieth installment of the Now! series in the United States. This is the first Now! compilation to be released in 2021, following the release of Now That’s What I Call Music!, Vol. 79 in December 2020.

Disc one of Now 80 includes chart-topping hits “drivers license” by Olivia Rodrigo, “Good Days” by SZA, “Up” by Cardi B, and “Willow” by Taylor Swift. Other popular tracks on disc one include “Body” by Megan Thee Stallion featuring Beyoncé, ” Levitating” by Dua Lipa featuring DaBaby, “Peaches” by Justin Bieber featuring Daniel Caesar and Giveon, and “Save Your Tears” by The Weeknd.

Disc two features more recent radio hits such as “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” by Lil Nas X, “Leave the Door Open” by Silk Sonic (Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak), and “therefore I am” by Billie Eilish. Also included on disc two are fan favorites such as Harry Styles’s “Watermelon Sugar,” Dua Lipa’s “Don’t Start Now,” Ariana Grande’s “positions,” and 24kGoldn’s collaboration with DaBaby and Iann Dior titled “Mood.”
